Welcome to the Poetry Corner. Here is some of my poetry. Email me with some of your poems, and I'll put them up!:) Darkness Falls Darkness falls The daylight decays The creatures of darkness Begin their nightly vigilance The graves are burst What was once But was no more Are now once again The bones of death Reform from the Earth In which dust to dust They once were Breathing, awakening Taking the form they left Behind on this retched Earth Let you peasant In the alleyway Fear not, cower no more Face your death With a welcome embrace Let your inchained soul Shut up in darkness Whose face has never seen a smile Rise and look at me Your chains are loose Your dungeon doors open You are no longer Binded to this earth Look into my eyes My precious fledgling You are now mine Blood binds you to me Now death you can laugh Upon his gracious face You shall never die To walk to streets forever Is now your fate I saved you from Hell And a mortal death Worse than imaginable Rejoice in the darkness See it Feel it Call upon it Embrace it Die in it Tonight… |

The Wall I see a wall old and gray with age yet it stands tall strong to resist the rage yet crumbling from fear dark stains seep out from cracks there and here have not a doubt that if walls could speak this one would have a tale of a child that’s weak rosy cheeks turned pale this wall was her demise standing between her and a common spectator’s eyes blood flowing from her hand where countless times she has tried in vain to set herself free from this torment and pain light grooves within the wall are set where in a hurried despair wall and nail both met ‘twas the darkness she could not bear the wall forever stood there strong to protect the passer-by outside from this piteous sight and to tell you that within this enclosure the child did die |
